XO Terms & Community Rules
Supplemental adult-community terms for XO Web.
18+ eligibility
XO Web is for adults only. You must affirm that you are at least 18. Ordinary launch access does not require a government ID, but Modoto may restrict access if an affirmation appears false or if additional verification becomes reasonably necessary for safety or law. No minor receives an XO profile or XO messaging access. Guardian-controlled venue or Academy participation is separate and does not create XO eligibility.
Evidence and source standards
Distinguish fact, interpretation, opinion, prediction, and personal experience. Provide sources when a claim materially depends on external evidence. Do not fabricate citations, conceal material conflicts, or represent generated material as verified firsthand evidence.
Harassment, threats, stalking, and block evasion
Do not threaten, harass, intimidate, stalk, repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, or evade blocks through alternate accounts, communities, projects, replies, or intermediaries.
Hate, discriminatory abuse, and sexual exploitation
Do not attack people based on protected or vulnerable characteristics, promote dehumanization, or distribute sexual exploitation material. Content involving sexual exploitation of minors is prohibited and handled as an emergency safety matter.
Privacy, doxxing, and private-person pages
Do not publish private contact, location, identity, financial, medical, intimate, or account information without a lawful and appropriate basis. Pages about private individuals require heightened care, reliable sourcing, relevance, and moderation review.
Impersonation, fraud, illegal commerce, and dangerous activity
Do not impersonate people or organizations, operate scams, trade prohibited goods or services, provide materially deceptive offers, or use XO to coordinate illegal or imminently dangerous conduct.
Spam, manipulation, and AI disclosure
Do not flood, coordinate deceptive engagement, manipulate reputation, or use automation to create artificial consensus. Disclose materially AI-generated or AI-altered content when omission would mislead people about authorship, evidence, identity, or events.
Copyright
Post only material you may lawfully share. Copyright complaints and counter-notices are handled under the Copyright and DMCA Policy.
Moderation, reports, and appeals
Modoto may remove or limit content, restrict posting or messaging, suspend XO access, preserve evidence, or apply emergency controls. Reports should identify the target and reason. Eligible moderation actions may be appealed, and appeal review should include the underlying evidence rather than only the original moderator summary.
Emergency preservation and repeat violations
Immediate-threat, exploitation, serious stalking, account-compromise, or credible violence reports may receive elevated handling without notifying the reported person. Evidence may be preserved under a legal or safety hold. Repeated or severe violations can result in longer restrictions or permanent loss of XO access.
