XO PRIVACY
Profile, discovery, and contact defaults
XO starts private by default. Public visibility, external indexing, contact requests, and follow requests are separate choices. An owner grant cannot change these preferences.

Security and legally necessary notices cannot be disabled entirely. Marketing is always optional. SMS remains unavailable until its launch gate is approved.
PORTABILITY
Download your data
The export is generated by the server for the signed-in account only and downloaded directly to this device. It includes available account, transaction, Academy, Loyalty, Terminal, XO, report, moderation, block, mute, and preference records.
ACCOUNT CLOSURE
Request account deletion
A deletion request immediately restricts sign-in activity, XO, and active Terminal sessions. A 30-day cancellation window begins. At finalization, eligible data is deleted or anonymized while required transaction, tax, safety, fraud, dispute, audit, legal-hold, and public revision records remain under the retention schedule.

Report content, accounts, or incidents
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. These forms create Modoto records and do not automatically contact law enforcement or emergency responders.
XO CONTROLS
Blocks and mutes
Blocking stops direct messaging and removes shared direct conversations for your account. Muting hides a person, subject, community, or project without notifying them.
